Put a note in your inbox when there is no time to file it. Leave a proposal when a page you cannot change needs a change. ## new words **Inbox** One page for each person, for things not filed yet. **Proposal** A change you ask for, left in a space for the people who can make it. ## the lesson Your inbox is one page in your Personal space, `inbox.md`. Each item is one line with its date. No sorting. Two phrases run it: "put it in the inbox" and "empty the inbox". Claude empties it with you, one item at a time. Each item becomes a real page, or you delete it. Each new session tells you how many items wait. A reader cannot change a space's pages. Tell Claude the page and the change, and Claude leaves a proposal in that space. Every editor and manager of the space sees it. One of them makes the change and closes it. You see your own proposals. Claude also proposes a new page, folder or space before it makes one, so the people of the space say yes first. The inbox, one dated line an item, and the way of a proposal.
