ChatGPT that knows your company, on your phone too.
ChatGPT in a browser or in your pocket holds no key, and it does not need one: the open area of your brain is markdown our server reads on purpose, so ChatGPT reaches it wherever you are. The encrypted area stays out of its reach, by design.
playbook/objections.mdopen areaA connector, and a sign-in you do once.
ChatGPT reaches MCP servers through connectors. The brain is one: give ChatGPT its address, sign in when it asks, and the connector follows your account to the web and to the phone app.
- Add the connector. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Connectors, and add one
with the brain's address:
https://brain.instibrain.ai/mcp. - Sign in once. ChatGPT opens the brain's sign-in. Approve it as yourself, and it reads the pages you may read.
- Ask from anywhere. The connector is on your account, so the phone app has it too. ChatGPT searches the brain and reads the page before it answers.
The open area, from anywhere. The encrypted area, never.
The line is drawn by the key, and ChatGPT's servers hold none.
Every page of an open brain shared with you. Our server holds it as markdown, which is exactly what lets a surface with no key read it.
An encrypted-area page opens only on a device holding the folder's key, and ChatGPT runs on servers that hold none. No prompt changes that: there is nothing on its side to decrypt with.
The connector lives on your ChatGPT account, so the answer you get on the train is the answer your laptop gets.
Each read and each write is made under the connector's own credential, so the cockpit's access log shows what ChatGPT read, and when.
What to know before the connector goes in.
Can ChatGPT on my phone read our encrypted pages?
Can ChatGPT write to the brain?
Does each person on the team connect their own?
The brain in your pocket, with the encrypted part left at home.
Connect once, from the web, and the phone app has it too.
