Sales reads pricing. Leadership reads pay.
A space is a set of pages shared whole with the people who may read them. Each person's AI reads only the spaces its person reads.
Each person gets two spaces. The company adds its own.
Personal for your own work, Sealed for what only your computers open, and a team space for each circle at work.
Your rules, your profile, your inbox.
Everyone, or exactly the people you pick.
Identity, health, money. Only your computers open it.
Leadership or legal: only their computers open it.
A space is shared whole, so no page slips out through a folder.
Whoever reads the space reads every page in it. To keep a page from someone, put it in another space.
- shared/clients/the agency reads it
- pay.md, moved innow they read it too
- nobody was askedno review
- AcmeEveryone
- Finance3 people
- pay.md, moved to Acmestopped: the guard finds pay
A reader reads, an editor writes, a manager shares.
Give a role to a person, a group, Everyone, or an agent such as a support bot. A reader and an editor never read a page's old versions.
You see every page a newcomer would read before they read it.
The review shows each page as that person or group would read it. The guard marks a secret, pay, or a health fact. It matches patterns, not meaning, so a secret of another shape passes.
It also flags a page that names its owner, and a link not everyone it is shared with can follow. A page changed since your review stops the share. A sealed space's review names no page.
A new space starts with what it is for.
Say whose it is, yours or the company's, and what it holds. That becomes the first lines of its CLAUDE.md, the page every AI opens first. It stays yours until you share it, and a sealed one opens only on its people's computers.
A deleted page comes back.
A delete takes effect at once, with no dialog, and for ten seconds Undo brings the page back. You undo your own delete later through a review, with no grant. An old version is restored through a review and goes live as the newest; the content owner erases old versions after seeing what goes. Managers read the history; anyone else needs the content owner's grant. A sealed space keeps no old version on our server.
Set who reads each space once. Every AI follows it.
A new space when the readers change; a folder when only the topic does.
