Inbox and proposals.

Put a note in your inbox when there is no time to file it. Leave a proposal when a page you cannot change needs a change.

new words

Inbox
One page for each person, for things not filed yet.
Proposal
A change you ask for, left in a space for the people who can make it.

the lesson

Your inbox is one page in your Personal space, inbox.md. Each item is one line with its date. No sorting.

Two phrases run it: "put it in the inbox" and "empty the inbox". Claude empties it with you, one item at a time. Each item becomes a real page, or you delete it. Each new session tells you how many items wait.

A reader cannot change a space's pages. Tell Claude the page and the change, and Claude leaves a proposal in that space. Every editor and manager of the space sees it. One of them makes the change and closes it. You see your own proposals.

Claude also proposes a new page, folder or space before it makes one, so the people of the space say yes first.

The inbox, one dated line an item, and the way of a proposal. The lines are examples.

you should see

  • Claude adds one line with today's date to inbox.md and says so.
  • For a proposal, Claude names the page and the change, and says it waits for the space's editors.
